Outward-facing duplex apartment flat with a comfortable lounge in the first floor, a fully equipped kichen (oven, microwaves, fridge, dish washer, coffee machine, toaster, mixer), a dinning place , an an entrance hall, and a small toilet. The second floor has 2 bedrooms. One with double bed and the second with two single beds , two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with bathtub). The apartment has central heating, air conditioning, colour TV with international channels, Hi-Fi system. Terrace solarium. An extra bed could be provided.
