This square lies in Albayzin, the oldest, quietest amd most picturesque neighbourhood of Granada, declared heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 1994. The Granada holiday apartments are just off the Caldereria, a narrow street full of Arabic tea shops, which is a real Aladdin's cave for Granada souvenirs hunters. As the streets of Albayzin are narrow and cobbled there is no vehicle access to the accommodation area; however, the apartments are only 150 meters from an underground car park situated in the centre of Granada. Although the area of the apartments is very quiet, Plaza Nueva and Calle Elvira, with their bustling night-life, abundance of tapas bars, restaurants, and late-night "copas" bars are very close to Floridablanca apartment house. The roof terrace at Corrala de Floridablanca holiday apartments offers views of Alhambra and the city of Granada. All holiday apartments have central heating and consist of a double bedroom and a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, and a colour TV. The american kitchen in every apartment is equipped with a bar, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, and in some cases with a washing machine. Hairdryer, mixer, iron, and drying rack are available on request at the reception of the Granada apartment house. All guests of the vacation apartments have access to the roof terrace with nice views of Alhambra and Granada; and they all have also access to a beautiful garden.
