How to reserve your accommodation?

1. On the page of the lodging you wish to reserve click on the Reservation button.

2. Fill in the Reservation form, and follow the easy steps of the reservation process that will appear on your screen.

Remember that you must pay between 30 % and 50 % (depending on the lodging) of the total cost of your accommodation for the reservation to be effective. The remaining money you will pay upon your arrival at your lodging (preferably in cash). You have two payment options for the first down-payment:

a. You can may it with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro) directly on-line while making the reservation. The payment is realized through a secure payment system (SSL). SSL system connects directly with the Spanish Confederation of Saving Banks. Thus ViveGranada will not be able to access your credit card information.

b. Or you can pay it with a bank transfer (the necessary bank account details will appear in the reservation form). If you choose this method, you will need to send us a fax with a copy of the confirmation of the bank transfer within 24 hours following the reservation. Your reservation will be effective only after we receive this fax

3. After you make the reservation, ViveGranada will send you a confirmation e-mail summarizing all the data of your reservation and providing further advice. In case that you choose bank transfer as your payment method, the e-mail will also contain the necessary bank details. In this case the contact information of the house keeper will be sent to you in a second e-mail, after we receive the fax confirming the bank transfer.
